How do I personalise my order?
After placing your order, email artwork@vanlifepersonalised.co.uk with your order number and 2-3 clear photographs of your vehicle or your own logo.
What photos should I send?
For the best results, please send clear, well-lit photographs showing the front and side of your vehicle.
Will I see my design before it's made?
If you've requested a custom design or if clarification is needed, we'll email you a proof before production.
How long does my order take?
Most orders are made within 3-5 working days after we've confirmed your design.
Can I request changes?
Yes. We'll do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests before your order is produced.
