Processing time

Our products are handmade and personalised to order.

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to create your order before dispatch.

During busy periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery

We currently ship throughout the UK.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Personalised Orders

If your order requires a custom design, production will begin once we have received and confirmed all required photos/logos and personalisation details. Delays in providing this information may delay dispatch.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and item.
