These terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Vanlife Personalised.

Products
All of our products are handmade and made to order.
Because each item is individually created, slight variations in colour, print placement and finish may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.
Personalised orders
Many of our products are personalised using photographs, names or artwork supplied by the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure:
- The photographs you provide are clear and of good quality
- You have permission to use any images or artwork you send us.
- Any spelling or personalisation details are correct.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Design service
If you choose for us to create a design from photographs of your campervan, caravan, truck,, tractor or other vehicle, we will use the images provided to produce the best possible design.
The final appearance may vary depending on the quality of the photographs supplied.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.
Processing & Delivery
As every item is handmade to order, please allow 3-5 working days for production time before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- Your item is faulty.
- We have made an error with your order
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, product images and website content remain the property of Vanlife Personalised and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
